Jenny Largaespada- Legal Assistant

Jenny is a Legal Assistant at Injured Workers Law Firm, where she supports the legal team with Virginia workers’ compensation cases, client communication, case management, medical records, and other important aspects of the legal process. She holds a bachelor’s degree in law and has also completed coursework in Forensic Medicine. Before joining IWLF, she gained experience in family law and administrative legal work. As a bilingual member of the team, she is fluent in both English and Spanish.

What motivates her most is remembering that behind every case is a real person who may be going through a difficult and uncertain time. She strives to make that experience a little easier by being organized, responsive, and empathetic, and helping ensure clients feel heard and supported throughout the process.

Outside of work, she is a proud cat lady who loves spending time with her cats, nieces, and nephews. She enjoys traveling, reading, and following Formula 1. Whether she is supporting the legal team or helping a client navigate the process, she brings the same sense of care, attention, and compassion to what she does.
