John is a native of Petersburg, Virginia. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Virginia Tech. He attended the law school at University of Richmond’s T.C. Williams School of Law. John has been practicing Workers’ Compensation for over 25 years. He has represented injured workers, employers, medical providers, and insurance carriers before the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission and the Court of Appeals of Virginia. Coming from a blue collar family, John has a passion for representing injured workers and protecting their rights. John frequently lectures at seminars on various workers’ compensation issues as well as ethics.
Outside of Injured Workers Law Firm, you can find John reading. His go to genres are history and science fiction. He also loves live music. John especially enjoys spending time with his family.
