How long can you receive Workers’ Compensation Benefits?

You can receive your lost wages and permanent partial disability benefits for a maximum of 500 weeks between the two benefits.  Your medical benefits are lifetime as long as the doctor says the medical treatment is caused by the original work injury, and it’s reasonable and necessary medical treatment, and you go to the authorized treating physician.
