More details emerge in death of whale trainer | Richmond Times-Dispatch

It was something she always wanted to be. She took pride in her work and loved every minute of it. Our Family went and saw the act a few years ago. We have pictures of her in action. I remember thinking how dangerous it would be to be hit by one of those whales. They worked with them like they were small children.
It is a sad day for her family and the Zoo. She will be missed.
