Bryan Cuenca is a Paralegal at Injured Workers Law Firm, where he assists the legal team with workers’ compensation cases, client communication, medical records, and other case-related documentation. What Bryan enjoys most about his work is being able to support clients during what can be a difficult and stressful time. He strives to be dependable, responsive, and compassionate because he knows that even a small amount of support can make a difference in a client’s experience.

Bryan has always had an interest in the medical field, which is one of the reasons he enjoys working with medical records and cases involving injured workers. He’s also a big fan of medical shows and movies, especially The Resident and Grey’s Anatomy, so his interest in the medical world extends beyond his work at the firm.

Outside of work, Bryan is a husband and proud father of two — an 18-year-old daughter and a 5-year-old son. He has been married for almost 10 years and loves spending time with his family. On weekends, they often spend time walking or jogging together. When he gets some time to himself, Bryan also enjoys playing badminton.

Bryan is inspired by seeing people continue to move forward even when life gets difficult. One of his favorite quotes is, “Nothing is impossible.” It reminds him to stay hopeful, keep learning, and not give up when things don’t go as planned. He also likes the quote, “Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.” To Bryan, success isn’t about never facing challenges — it’s about continuing to learn, grow, and move forward no matter what comes your way.
