Kelly Torres-Gonzalez – Paralegal

Kelly Torres -Gonzalez is a dedicated paralegal at Injured Workers Law Firm, She plays an active role in supporting our clients and attorneys through every stage of their workers’ compensation cases. Her responsibilities include preparing and filing motions and pleadings, coordinating directly with our attorneys, and maintaining clear communication with clients to ensure they feel supported and informed throughout the process.

What inspires her most in this work is the opportunity to help others. Workers’ compensation is not just about legal filings—it’s about making a real difference in the lives of injured workers and their families. She is motivated every day by the attorneys she works alongside and by the positive outcomes we’re able to achieve together for our clients.

She is fluent in Spanish, which allows her to better serve and advocate for members of her community, ensuring they understand their rights and receive the best possible results in their cases.

Outside of work, she enjoys painting, reading, and volunteering at the local food bank on weekends. At home, she spends time with her 4-year-old tabby cat, Sushi, and when she needs to unwind, you’ll usually find her watching one of her favorite Studio Ghibli films like Spirited Away or Howl’s Moving Castle.
