Reynaldo Cruz is a Paralegal at Injured Workers Law Firm, where he assists the legal team with drafting, processing, and filing pleadings, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, handling discovery, and preparing cases for litigation and mediation. With nearly eight years of experience in the legal field, Reynaldo brings a strong background in helping clients navigate the legal process.

Reynaldo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Management and also attended law school for two years. His education and legal experience have given him a strong understanding of the work that goes into moving a case forward and ensuring important details are handled throughout the process.

What motivates Reynaldo most about his work at IWLF is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on someone’s life when they need help the most. He strives to help keep cases moving forward while making sure clients feel supported throughout the process.

Outside of work, Reynaldo is a proud dog owner of three and enjoys traveling, sports, and long-distance running. He has completed both half-marathons and marathons and is always ready to take on a new challenge, whether that means crossing the finish line of another race or traveling somewhere new. When he is relaxing, he enjoys watching documentaries and legal series, including Suits and The Lincoln Lawyer.

One of Reynaldo’s favorite quotes is Franklin D. Roosevelt’s, “The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.” It reflects his willingness to embrace challenges and continue moving forward, both personally and professionally.
