Sheena Rahman – Paralegal/Intake Specialist

Sheena Rahman is our Lead Intake Specialist and Paralegal.  Her job is to review cases for potential new clients, consult with the attorneys and guide injured workers through the workers’ compensation process to help them to determine if they need some leadership, or if they in fact are in need of legal representation.

Sheena has been with the Injured Workers Law firm for 10 years now. She spent the first 2 years in our office working closely with our lawyers and, as our first fully remote employee. Currently, she continues to fulfill her duties from an offsite location.  Prior to her role as our lead intake specialist, Sheena worked as a Paralegal for a workers’ compensation lawyer in Ohio for 5 years.  She is a member of Great Legal Marketing where she attends educational seminars in her quest to continue to learn and grow in order to best serve our clients and injured workers across Virginia.  Sheena’s educational background includes an Associate of Applied Business from Stautzenberger College and a Bachelor of Arts from Spring Arbor University.

Additionally, Sheena is also a licensed Realtor® with a passion for assisting first-time homebuyers. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors® as well as the Toledo Board of Realtors®.  Her favorite activities are spending time with friends and family, especially outside in the sunshine, and her beloved boxers.  She loves to travel and read biographies in her downtime (although that is limited!).
